Honoring Your Loved One’s Memory: Finding meaningful ways to keep your loved one’s memory alive while still moving forward in your own life.

The Power of Sisterhood: Experiencing the healing power of connecting with other women who understand your pain and are walking their own grief journey.

Spiritual Reflection and Healing: For those open to it, we will also explore the spiritual aspects of grief, offering reflections on how loss can change and deepen your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
